As well as manufacturing our own products, we provide General Engineering and Production Services to external companies.
Our General Engineering capabilities include:
- Light to Medium Structural Fabrication
- Welding
- Manufacture of bespoke turning components for fabrication
- Design Services (Drawing plans for product, light structural work, review plans to optimize product for manufacture)
- Prototype and unique replacement design and manufacture, including Research & Design (R&D) joint ventures
Our Manufacturing capabilities include:
- Niche to medium volume product manufacture (steel, polyurethane combinations)
- Access to plating, galvanizing, laser cutting, heat treatment and painting services for multi-process assembly
- Specialised one-off high quality replacement parts for repairs to hydraulic equipment
